摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是病情缠绵难愈的临床常见的消化系统疾病,肠上皮化生和异型增生常合并出现,严重威胁患者的身体健康。名中医李慧臻经过长期的临床实践,结合多年经验和相关研究,形成了独特有效的学术思想,认为其病程迁延难愈,脾胃虚损贯穿病程始终,夹杂湿热,血瘀等邪实,其病机错综复杂。在治疗上强调根据病情的不同阶段,精准施治,内外结合,以达到调和脾胃功能、清除病邪的治疗效果。共分为三期辨治:初期治以健脾疏肝,补泻并用;中期治以清热利湿,寒热平调;后期治以活血化瘀,祛瘀生新,同时强调中医外治疗法的重要作用,中医外治疗法配合中药可以有效提高临床疗效。Chronic gastritis refers to chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by multiple factors,and is a common clinical disease caused by multiple factors such as infection with Helicobacterpylori,bile reflux,drugs and autoimmunity.According to the Sydney systematic classification method,chronic gastritis is divided into two types:non-atrophic gastritis and chronicatrophicgastritis.CAG is usually characterized by atypical and non-specific symptoms,mainly including abdominal pain,fullness,belching,loss of appetite,etc.Cag is often accompanied by gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia over time,which is a kind of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease,Professor LI Huizhen is the national outstanding clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine,has many years of experience in clinical,teaching and scientific research,is good at“internal and external treatment”of a variety of digestive system diseases,has a wealth of clinical experience and unique academic ideas in the prevention and treatment of CAG.
