摘　　要：目的:研究不同采收期枇杷叶的总酚、总黄酮含量和抗氧化活性,以此筛选枇杷叶最佳采收期。方法:采用超声法提取枇杷叶总黄酮、总酚,并以其对DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率和铁还原抗氧化能力(FRAP)评价枇杷叶体外抗氧化活性。结果:枇杷叶总黄酮、总酚的含量与FRAP值及DPPH、ABTS自由基清除能力成正相关。不同采收期枇杷叶总黄酮含量为1.968~7.785 mg/g,总酚含量为0.338~2.128 mg/g,对DPPH自由基的半数最大抑制浓度(IC_(50))为1.194~4.721 mg/mL,对ABTS自由基的IC_(50)为1.164~5.365 mg/mL,FRAP值为0.017~0.091 mg/mL。3月份枇杷叶总黄酮含量最高,总酚含量较高,FRAP还原能力最强,DPPH自由基清除率最高,ABTS自由基清除率较高。结论:枇杷叶最佳采收期为3月份。Objective:To study the contents of total phenols and total flavonoids,as well as the antioxidant activity of loquat leaves at different harvesting periods,in order to screen for the optimal harvest period.Methods:Total flavonoids and total phenols were extracted from loquat leaves by ultrasonic method,and their antioxidant activities in vitro were evaluated by DPPH,ABTS free radical scavenging rate and ferric reducing-antioxidant power(FRAP).Results:The contents of total flavonoids and total phenols in loquat leaves were positively correlated with the FRAP reduction ability and DPPH,ABTS free radical scavenging ability.The total flavonoid content of loquat leaves at different harvesting periods ranged from 1.968 to 7.785 mg/g,total phenol content ranged from 0.338 to 2.128 mg/g.The half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))of loquat leaves at different harvesting periods for DPPH free radicals was 1.194-4.721 mg/mL,the IC_(50) value for ABTS free radicals was 1.164-5.365 mg/mL,and the FRAP value was 0.017-0.091 mg/mL.Loquat leaves harvested in March exhibited the highest total flavonoid content,a relatively high total phenol content,the strongest FRAP reduction ability,the highest DPPH radical scavenging capacity,and a relatively high ABTS radical scavenging capacity.Conclusion:The optimal harvest period for loquat leaves is March.
