摘 要:目的:了解安康市桑树资源的品质特征,为筛选优良育种材料及开发利用奠定基础。方法:以72个不同品种的桑树资源为研究对象,测定6个指标(叶长、叶幅、长幅比、叶鲜重、硒含量、1-脱氧野尻霉素含量),并基于CRITIC赋值法进行综合评价。结果:6个测定指标均存在丰富的遗传多样性,变异系数范围为14.58%~72.73%,大小依次为硒含量>叶鲜重>1-脱氧野尻霉素含量>叶幅>叶长>长幅比。通过主成分分析可以将6个测定指标简化为两个主成分因子,累计贡献率达到74.6%,可以反映全部指标的绝大部分信息。聚类分析将72个桑树品种分为4个类群,第Ⅲ类群和第Ⅳ类群占据了全部种质资源的93.06%,第Ⅰ类群仅有1个品种,第Ⅱ类群包含4个品种。结论:通过对6个测定指标进行相关分析,综合评价筛选出北区1号、鲁诱一号、四川甜桑等优势桑品种,为安康市桑树品种的推广和选育提供一定理论依据。Objective:Understanding the quality characteristics of mulberry germplasm resources in Ankang can provide a foundation for screening excellent breeding materials and their further development.Methods:Mulberry leaves from 72 germplasm resources were selected as experimental materials,and leaf length,leaf width,leaf length-width ratio,leaf mass,selenium content,1-deoxynojirimycin content were determined.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out based on CRITIC method.Results:There were relatively rich genetic diversity among the 6 indexes.The coefficients of variation ranged from 14.58% to 72.73% and the ranking was as follows:selenium content>leaf mass>1-deoxynojirimycin content>leaf width>leaf length>leaf length-width ratio.Principal component analysis of these 6 indexes showed that the cumulative contributing rate of first two principal components was 74.6%,which could reflect most of the information of all indicators.Through cluster analysis,72 mulberry varieties were divided into 4 categories.Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ accounted for 93.06% of the total germplasm resources,Group Ⅰ had only one variety,and Group Ⅱcontained 4 varieties.Conclusion:By the correlation analysis of 6 indexes,3 dominant mulberry germplasm resources,which were Beiqu 1,Luyou 1,Sichuan sweet mulberry were screened out,laying an important foundation for the promotion and breeding of mulberry varieties in Ankang.
