摘　　要：在“双碳”背景下,随着全球经济的飞速发展和市场竞争的加剧,制造业企业面临着巨大的挑战,许多企业开始选择将非核心业务进行物流外包,集中核心业务发展。文章在对国内外物流服务商选择研究文献进行综述的基础上,基于绿色供应链管理,以A公司为例,运用层次分析法探讨物流服务商的选择流程,通过对服务质量、成本效益和企业实力三个方面构建评价指标体系,运用实例论证模型的有效性,为公司未来的物流运营提供坚实的科学支撑和决策依据。Under the background of"double carbon",with the rapid development of global economy and the intensified market competition,the manufacturing enterprises are facing great challenges,so many companies begin to choose non-core logistics outsourcing and focus on core business development.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the research literature on supplier selection both domestic and foreign,this paper takes Company A as an example and adopts AHP to explore its logistics service provider selection process by constructing an evaluation index system with three aspects of service quality,cost effectiveness and enterprise strength,and meanwhile it proves the validity of the model by using practical examples.Finally,the research will provide solid scientific support and decision-making basis for the company's future logistics operation.
