摘　　要：强国必先强农,农强方能国强;人与自然和谐共生是中国式现代化的重要内容。数字技术是提升农业发展水平、增加农民收入和改善农村生活方式的重要抓手。文章基于2013—2022年我国省级层面数据,采用相关模型测度数字技术、农业农村现代化和林业现代化,运用面板固定效应模型和空间效应模型相结合的方法实证检验数字技术对农业农村现代化的影响和空间溢出效应。研究发现:(1)数字技术会显著提升农业农村现代化水平,且该结论通过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;(2)数字技术会通过农业农村现代化发展来提升林业现代化发展水平;(3)数字技术会通过增强劳动生产率、提高产业结构发展水平,进而提升农业农村现代化水平;(4)在中部地区及经济规模较大和电商规模较大的省份,数字技术对农业农村现代化的影响程度更大;(5)数字技术会通过技术溢出来促进周边区域农业农村现代化发展,且直接效应和间接效应趋势相同。文章将研究视角聚焦于数字技术与农业农村现代化,丰富了农业农村现代化的相关理论,完善了数字技术的经济效应研究。文章提出要加快数字技术在农业农村现代化建设中的应用,推动农业数字化转型,加强农村数字基础设施建设,为数字技术赋能乡村振兴提供思路。A strong country must first strengthen its agriculture,and only when agriculture is strong can the country be strong.Harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature is the most crucial part of Chinese-style modernization.Digital technology is an important lever for improving the level of agricultural development,enhancing farmers'income and improving rural lifestyles.Based on the provincial data from 2013 to 2022,using relevant models to measure digital technology,agricultural and rural modernization and forestry mod‐ernization,and used the combination of panel fixed effect model and spatial effect model to empirically test the impact of digital technology on agricultural and rural modernization and the spatial spillover effect.The results showed that:(1)Digital technology could significantly improve the level of agricultural and rural modernization,and this conclusion was still valid after a series of robustness tests.(2)The development of digital technology could enhance the level of forestry modernization through agricultural and rural modernization.(3)Digital technology could enhance the level of agricultural and rural modernization by enhancing labor productivity and improving the development level of industrial structure.(4)In the central region,provinces with large economic scale and large e-commerce scale,digital technology had a greater impact on the development of agricultural and rural modernization.(5)Digital technology could promote agricultural and rural modernization in the surrounding areas through technology spillovers,with the direct and indirect effects trending in the same direction.The paper focused the research perspective on digital technology and agricultural and rural modernization,enriched the relevant theories of agricultural and rural modernization,and improved the research on the economic effects of digital technology.This paper proposed promoting the digital transformation of agriculture,strengthening the rural digital infrastructure construction and providing ideas for the rura
