摘　　要：本研究旨在深入探讨医院信息化运维管理过程中所面临的安全与风险管理问题,通过对典型案例中风险问题及其应对策略的分析,提炼并总结出其中的经验教训。医院通过建立完善的安全管理策略,增强员工的安全意识,加强应急响应能力,能够有效确保信息系统的稳定运行和患者数据的安全。The paper explored safety and risk management issues in hospital information operation and maintenance management,analyzed risks and countermeasures in typical cases,and summarized object lessons from the cases.In summary,hospitals should establish a sound safety management strategy,enhance safety awareness of employees,and strengthen emergency response capabilities to ensure stable operation of information systems and data safety of patients.
