摘　　要：目的 探讨纳美芬联合脑血疏治疗脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhae,ICH)对血肿体积变化、神经功能恢复与血浆IL-6、hs-CRP的影响。方法 选取本院2021年10月—2023年6月接诊的81例ICH患者,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(40例)。其中,对照组口服脑血疏口服液,观察组于此基础上加静滴纳美芬,分析两组治疗效果。结果 治疗3 d、14 d、21 d后,组间血肿体积改变、周围水肿情况、GCS评分、NIHSS评分、炎症因子水平对比,观察组各数值均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论 ICH治疗时选择纳美芬+脑血疏能够取得较好疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of nalmefene combined with cerebral hemorrhage relief on changes of hematoma volume,neurological function recovery and plasma IL-6 and hs CRP levels of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods The paper chose 81 ICH patients in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly.The control group(n=41)was treated with oral administration of cerebral hemorrhage relief,while the observation group(n=40)with intravenous infusion of nalmefene on the basis.Curative effect between the groups was analyzed.Results After 3 days,14 days and 21 days of treatment,the observed group showed better changes in hematoma volume,peripheral edema,GCS scores,NIHSS scores,and inflammatory factor levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nalmefene+cerebral hemorrhage relief can achieve good curative effect in treatment of ICH.
