摘 要:目的 探究在对胶质瘤患者进行手术治疗过程中开展荧光素钠结合术前MRI-DTI治疗的综合效果。方法 选取2021年3—12月在本院进行胶质瘤手术治疗的患者24例为研究对象,并随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组12例。其中,观察组术前进行荧光素钠结合术前MRI-DTI检查,对照组进行常规术前检查。对比两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果 观察组在治疗后4周、8周、12周,KPS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肿瘤切除情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后并发症,差异无统计学意义(P>0.06)。手术时间以及住院时间,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在临床实践中,采用荧光素钠结合术前MRI-DTI技术进行胶质瘤手术治疗,能够显著提升手术的整体质量,进而实现促进患者快速康复的目标。Objective To explore the comprehensive effect of fluorescein sodium combined with preoperative MRI-DTI treatment in the surgical treatment of glioma patients.Methods According to the comparative surgical treatment method,24 patients with glioma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March to December 2021 were selected as the subjects.Among them,12 patients underwent fluorescein sodium binding preoperative MRI-DTI(observation group).Another 12 cases underwent routine preoperative examinations(control group).Analyze the surgical treatment effect.The KPS scores of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.The observation group had significantly lower KPS scores than the control group at 4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment,with P<0.05.Statistical analysis of tumor resection in the observation group showed that 10 patients underwent complete resection and 2 patients underwent partial resection.In the control group,11 patients underwent complete resection and 1 patient underwent partial resection,with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Fluorescein sodium combined with preoperative MRI-DTI treatment during glioma surgery can effectively improve the overall quality of surgery and achieve the goal of helping patients recover quickly.
