摘　　要：目的 探究对牙体牙髓疾病患者采取氢氧化钙制剂进行治疗的效果。方法 选取2023年1—10月本院收治的94例牙体牙髓疾病患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组47例。其中,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用氢氧化钙制剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛(NRS)评分、牙周指数及口腔健康情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后出血指数、菌斑指数低于对照组,临床附着指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组基牙健康程度、咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度及牙齿咬合度均高于对照组。结论 将氢氧化钙制剂应用于牙体牙髓疾病患者治疗中,可有效提高患者治疗效果,改善牙周指数,缓解疼痛感,提高患者口腔健康,值得推广。Objective To explore application effect of calcium hydroxide preparation for patients with dental pulp diseases.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with dental pulp diseases from January 2023 to October 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=47)was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group(n=47)with routine treatment plus calcium hydroxide preparation treatment.Curative effect,pain(NRS)scores,periodontal index,and oral health status were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of the observation group(97.87%)was higher than the control group(80.85%),difference was significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The bleeding index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than the control group after treatment,and clinical attachment index was higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had higher levels of dental health,chewing function,dental aesthetics and dental bite than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide preparations can effectively improve curative effect,periodontal index,alleviates pains,and enhance oral health of patients with dental pulp disease,which is worthy of promotion.
