摘  要:目的探索建立骨髓细胞教学图谱资源库的高职高专血液学检验技术形态学教学模式改革。方法抽取2020年7月—2021年7月本学院42名高职高专血液学检验学生作为研究对象,平均分为对照组和观察组,每组21名。其中,对照组给予常规带教方式,观察组建立骨髓细胞教学图谱资源库为基础形态的带教模式,对比两组学生考核成绩、对带教模式的满意度及带教前后问题解决能力。结果教学前,两组学生各项量表对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,对照组学生理论及实践考核成绩分数均比观察组低(P<0.05);观察组实习管理、实习环境、带教素质、教育内容、实习效果及总满意评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);对照组理性问题解决、正性问题定向评分均比观察组低,而负性问题定向、回避风格及冲动/疏忽风格评分比观察组高(P<0.05)。结论针对高职高专血液学检验学生采用以骨髓细胞教学图谱资源库为基础形态的带教模式,可以提高学生对带教模式的满意度和学生的考核成绩,带教老师对问题解决能力较强,可提高教育质量,实现教学模式的可行性。Objective To explore reform and exploration of morphological teaching mode for hematological testing technology in higher vocational colleges with a bone marrow cell teaching atlas resource library.Methods The paper chose 42 vocational college students majored in hematology test in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 as analysis objects,and divided them into two groups in a 1∶1 ratio,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine teaching methods,while the observation group with teaching mode in the basic form of bone marrow cell teaching atlas resource library.Assessment scores,satisfaction degree with teaching mode,and problem-solving ability were compared between two groups of nursing students before and after teaching.Results Before teaching,there was no statistical difference in various scales between two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the control group were lower than the observation group,difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of internship management,internship environment,teaching quality,educational content,internship effectiveness and overall satisfaction degree in the observation group were higher than the control group,analysis showed statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).The control group had lower scores for rational problemsolving and positive problem orientation than the observation group,while higher scores of negative problem orientation,avoidance style and impulse/neglect style than the observation group,data were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching model based on a bone marrow cell teaching atlas resource library can enhance satisfaction degree with teaching model and improve assessment scores of students majored in hematology test in vocational colleges,with high problem-solving abilities of teaching teachers,which can promote education quality and realize the feasibility of teaching model.
