摘　　要：透泄祛邪是温病治疗的特色之一。本文通过系统整理叶天士《温热论》中含有“透”或(和)“泄”字的条文,探析《温热论》中关于“透”“泄”的学术思想。文章首先解析“透”“泄”二字的内涵;其次,根据原文“透”字、“泄”字出现的相关条文,重点探讨“透”“泄”二法分别于卫气营血四个层面的使用特点;再次,分析含有舌象的“透、泄”相关条文,从舌象角度论述叶氏使用“透”“泄”法的时机,总结叶天士运用透泄祛邪的学术精化。The characteristic of treating warm diseases is to release toxins and dispel evil.This article systematically sorts out the articles in Ye Tianshi's Wen Re Lun that contain the words"Expelling"or(and)"Eliminating",and explores the academic ideas about"Expelling"and"Eliminating"in"Wen Re Lun".At first,the article analyzes the connotations of the words"Expelling"and"Eliminating";Secondly,based on the relevant provisions of the original text where the word"Expelling"appears 12 times and the word"Eliminating"appears 11 times,the focus is on exploring the usage characteristics of the two methods of"Expelling"and"Eliminating"in the four levels of Defence,-Qi-Nutrition-Blood;Once again,analyze the relevant articles on"Expelling and Eliminating"containing tongue picture,and discuss the timing of Ye's use of"Expelling"and"Eliminating"methods from the perspective of tongue picture,reflecting the ingenuity of Ye Tianshi's use of expelling and eliminating the toxin.
