摘  要:在供应链的视角下统筹考察企业数字化转型的碳减排效应,为依托数字经济实现“双碳”目标与供应链绿色转型提供了重要的微观支撑。为此,本文以中国上市公司数据与全国税收调查数据为主体进行交叉匹配,构建2007—2016年“焦点企业—供应商”与“焦点企业—客户”的供应链上下游数据集,实证检验了焦点企业数字化转型的供应链碳减排溢出效应及机制,研究发现:第一,焦点企业数字化转型效能在供应链中具有双向溢出与双重红利特征,表现为显著降低了其供应商与客户的碳排放总量和碳排放强度;同时,焦点企业数字化转型具有更显著促进客户碳减排的非对称影响以及供应链上下游企业碳排放在长期路径下回弹的非线性特征;第二,焦点企业数字化转型通过促进技术创新以及优化供应链网络结构产生双向溢出的碳减排效应;第三,焦点企业数字化转型的碳减排效应在高透明度及空间非邻近的供应链情景下更为显著;第四,面向新质生产力发展要求,焦点企业数字化转型驱动下的碳减排效应具有良好的经济支撑,能够促进供应链上下游企业以及供应链整体全要素生产率提升。“Green”and“development”have been the key issues that perplex the sustained economic growth.On the one hand,China,as the largest carbon emitter in the world,has always been actively responsible for reducing emissions.In 2020,the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals were put forward at the 75th United Nations General Assembly by President Xi Jinping,indicating that China's economic development has officially entered the“dual carbon”cycle.On the other hand,with the development of digital technology,relying on the digital economy to promote digital integration of industries and digital transformation of enterprises,and then open up a high-quality development path is a safe strategy to gradually promote the realization of the“dual carbon”goal under the premise of ensuring stable and healthy economic development.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprises,this paper expands the research framework of the carbon emission reduction effect of digital transformation of enterprises based on the supply chain network,and investigates the correlation effect and conduction effect of carbon emissions of enterprises in the chain.The research strategies of this paper are as follows.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis,a two-level supply chain network architecture including“focus enterprise-supplier”and“focus enterprise–customer”is constructed.Furthermore,the data of suppliers and customers disclosed by listed companies are matched with the national tax survey data to obtain the upstream and downstream datasets of the supply chain from 2007 to 2016.Finally,the fixed effect model is used to empirically test the carbon emission reduction effect and mechanism of digital transformation of focus enterprises on upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.Firstly,in the common supply chain network,the digital transformation of focus enterprises significantly reduces the total carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity of their suppliers
