摘 要:本研究旨在利用米根霉和布拉迪酵母菌BS-F1混合培养的方法来生产饲用布拉迪酵母,并对其生产工艺进行优化,对混合发酵培养基进行了单因素和正交试验。结果表明:混合培养最佳培养基为玉米6%、豆粕3%、磷酸氢二铵0.2%。通过优化培养基组分和培养条件后,利用米根霉混合发酵,布拉迪酵母菌数可达到14.3亿/mL。A study was conducted on the production process of Saccharomyces boulardii for feed by using a mixed culture method of Rhizopus oryzae and Saccharomyces boulardii BS-F1.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted on the mixed fermentation medium.The results showed that the optimal medium for mixed culture was corn 6%,soybean meal 3%,and diammonium hydrogen phosphate 0.2%.After optimizing the composition of the culture medium and culture conditions,the number of Saccharomyces boulardii reached 14.3 billion/mL by mixed fermentation with Rhizopus oryzae.
