摘　　要：业务流程管理(BPM)是企业确保持续改进业务流程(BP)并适应业务变化的有效策略,其中业务流程建模是优化BPM关键。业务流程建模符号(BPMN)是一种可视化的业务流程建模语言,在建模过程提供流程交互、异常处理和语义补偿等功能,并具有良好的适应能力。BPMN尽管在很多领域中应用,但难以直观表达一些工业互联网环境下的复杂业务场景,这增加了建模人员与业务人员之间沟通成本。虽然已有解决方法对原生BPMN元素扩展,并详细注释,但表达能力仍然有限,且大量注释使业务流程变得繁杂。对此,基于BPMN 2.0对业务流程建模元素进行扩展,给出通用的扩展机制与实现方法。基于该方法,针对不同应用场景的业务需求可扩展新的建模元素和属性。最后,通过真实的业务流程模型案例说明该扩展机制的有效性,为其他业务流程建模元素的扩展提供一种通用的参考框架。Business Process Management(BPM)is an effective strategy for companies to ensure continuous improvement of business processes and adapt to business changes,where business process modeling is the key to optimize BPM.Business Process Management Notation(BPMN)is a visual business process modeling language which provides process interaction,exception handling and semantic compensation in the modeling process.Although BPMN is applied in many fields,it is difficult to express some complex business scenarios in industrial Internet context in an intuitive way,which increases the communication cost between modelers and business personnel.The existing works on BPMN extension focus on extending the attributes of original elements in BPMN with annotations for explanation,but the expressiveness is still insufficient and many annotations make the process models complicated.In view of this,the business process modeling elements were extended based on BPMN2.0 by proposing a generic extension mechanism and implementation method.Based on the method,new modeling elements and attributes could be extended to meet the business requirements of different application scenarios.Finally,the effectiveness of the extension mechanism was illustrated by case study.The proposed extension mechanism provided a universal reference framework for the extension of other business process modeling elements.
