预制预应力水滴形空心底板叠合板受弯性能试验研究

摘  要:为了解决传统叠合板构造复杂及其预制底板在运输过程中易开裂的问题,提出了一种预制预应力水滴形空心底板叠合板。叠合板的预制底板采用干硬性混凝土,在预应力张拉台座上通过机械挤压成型,底板上表面会自然形成具有一定粗糙度的叠合面,可不再进行表面拉毛处理,提高了预制底板的生产效率。为研究空心底板叠合板的整体受弯性能,进行了6个试件的静力受弯性能试验,考察了各试件的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、跨中截面沿高度的应变分布、裂缝形态以及抗裂承载力、极限承载力等指标。试验结果表明,在试验过程中未出现沿着叠合面的剪切裂缝与破坏现象,试件的破坏模式均为典型的延性破坏,叠合板抗裂承载力、极限承载力均满足规范要求,表现出了良好的整体受弯性能。In order to solve the problem of complex structure of traditional laminated slab and easy cracking of precast floor during transportation,a precast prestressed water drop hollow floor laminated slab was proposed.The precast floor of laminated slab adopts dry hard concrete,which is formed by mechanical extrusion on the prestressed tensioning pedestal.The upper surface of the floor will naturally forms a laminated surface with a certain roughness,and there is no need to roughen the surface,which improves the production efficiency of the precast floor.In order to study the overall flexural performance of hollow floor laminated slab,the static bending performance experiment of six specimens were carried out.The load-midspan deflection curve,strain distribution along the height of mid-span section,crack morphology,crack resistance capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of each specimen were investigated.The test results show that there are no shear cracks and failure phenomena along the laminated surface during the experiment.The failure modes of the specimens are typical ductile failure.The crack resistance and ultimate bearing capacity of the laminated slab meet the requirements of the code,showing good overall flexural performance.
