摘 要:该文采用菌丝生长法测定了以β-蒎烯为初始原料合成得到的19个氢化诺卜基双子季铵盐化合物对烟草黑胫病病原菌(Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae)的抑菌率,采用SPSS软件计算了在8个不同药液质量浓度时19个化合物和百菌清的IC 50值与IC 90值.测试结果表明:19个化合物在药液质量浓度为50.0000 mg·L^(-1)时的抑菌率全部超过百菌清在质量浓度为200.0000 mg·L^(-1)时的抑菌率(87.90%),其中有12个化合物抑菌率高达100.00%,16个化合物抑菌率高于96.00%;当药液质量浓度为25.0000 mg·L^(-1)时,仍有9个化合物抑菌率高于95.00%.在19个化合物中有11个化合物的IC 50值低于百菌清的IC 50值(5.82 mg·L^(-1)),最高的仅为16.19 mg·L^(-1),化合物1-10-1BB和8-1BB的IC 50值最低,分别为1.16、1.81 mg·L^(-1).IC 90值低于30 mg·L^(-1)的有15个化合物,最高的仅为54.50 mg·L^(-1),其中以1-10-1BB的IC 90值最低,仅为3.00 mg·L^(-1),抑制烟草黑胫病菌的活性最高.此外,在氮原子上的2个小基团为甲基的化合物抑菌率较高,可供以后的研究参考.In this paper,the inhibitory rate of 19 hydronopyl gemini quaternary ammonium salts compounds synthesized withβ-pinene as initial raw material against Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae is determined by mycelium growth method.The IC 50 and IC 90 values of 19 compounds and chlorothalonil at 8 different concentrations are calculated by SPSS software.The results show that the bacteriostatic rate of 19 compounds at 50.0000 mg·L^(-1) is higher than that of Chlorothalonil at 200.0000 mg·L^(-1)(87.90%),of which 12 compounds have the bacteriostatic rate of 100.00%and 16 compounds have the bacteriostatic rate of more than 96.00%.When the concentration of the liquid is 25.0000 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of 9 compounds is higher than 95.00%.The IC 50 values of 11 compounds are lower than that of chlorothalonil(5.82 mg·L^(-1)),and the highest is only 16.19 mg·L^(-1).The IC 50 values of 1-10-1BB and 8-1BB are the lowest,which are 1.16 and 1.81 mg·L^(-1),respectively.There are 15 compounds with IC 90 value lower than 30 mg·L^(-1),and the highest is only 54.50 mg·L^(-1),among which 1-10-1BB has the lowest IC 90 value(only 3.00 mg·L^(-1)),and the inhibitory activity of Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae is the highest.In addition,the two small groups on the nitrogen atom are methyl compounds,the antibacterial rate is higher,which can be used for reference in future research.
