摘 要:真空冷冻干燥技术应用广泛,然而目前市面上的冻干机能够实现的温度范围有限,限制了冻干技术的应用与发展。本文提出了一种优化设计的真空冷冻干燥设备,拓宽了其温度与真空度的操作范围,并利用该设备对甲苯进行了冻干。实验结果表明,该设备不仅可以较好地实现甲苯的冻干,而且通过引入金属套筒设计能够显著降低抽真空过程中的样品温差,避免样品融化风险,保证冻干工艺过程顺利进行。本研究成果可为低三相点物质的冻干处理提供新思路,促进真空冷冻干燥技术的推广和应用。Vacuum freeze drying has been widely used.However,the temperature range of the current freeze-dryer is limited,which limits the application and development of freeze drying technology.An optimally designed vacuum freeze drying equipmengt is presented in this study,which broadens the operating range of temperature and vacuum degree.Toluene is freeze dried as a sample using this new designed equipment.The results show that the equipment can not only achieve the freeze-drying of toluene,but also significantly reduce the temperature difference of the sample in the vacuum process by introducing the metal sleeves,thereby avoiding the risk of sample melting and ensuring the smooth progress of the freeze-drying process.This research could provide a guidance for the freeze drying of low triple-point materials,and promote the popularization and application of vacuum freeze drying technology.
