摘　　要：针对当前研究生课程思政教学的问题和现状,以山东大学化学工艺与设备课程为例,对新时代研究生培养中的课程思政教学进行改革探索。秉承“三全育人”的教育理念,提出建立专业课教师、党政管理人员、化工生产企业三方融合的课程思政教学育人模式,切实提高课程思政教学的思想高度、理论深度、案例广度和专业相关度,从理论学习到生产实际,构建全员、全过程、全方位的“大思政”育人格局,落实立德树人根本任务,着力造就拔尖创新人才,为新时代背景下研究生课程思政建设提供参考。In allusion to the main issues and present situation of current curriculum ideology and political education for graduate student,explorative innovation has been conducted in the course of chemical technology and equipment for the graduate education in the new era in Shandong University.In line with the concept of"Three Complete Education",an educational mode integrating professional teachers,Party and government administrators,and chemical enterprises has been proposed and carried out,which has effectively improved the ideological height,theoretical depth,and major relevancy of the curriculum ideology and political education.From theory to practice,a large pattern composed of whole staff,whole process,and whole direction has been established for education,which is of great significance for the fundamental task of morality education and the strengthened training of the top-notch innovative personnel.
