基于OBE的团队导学式研究生培养模式探索——以地方新增硕士点院校为例

摘　　要：地方新增硕士点院校研究生培养面临诸多挑战,培养模式的创新与实践是提升其人才培养质量的关键。该研究在分析地方新增硕士点院校研究生培养现状的基础上,遵循OBE教育理念,设计“全员参与、全要素投入、全过程管理”的研究生培养体系,构建“团队培养+互助学习”的团队导学式研究生培养模式,从培养目标设定、课程体系构建、教学设计和评价反馈四个维度入手,实现“产出导向、学生为本、持续改进”的闭环管理、螺旋递进与质量为先。There are many challenges in the cultivation of postgraduate students in local newly established master's degree colleges.The innovation and practice of cultivating model is the key to improve the quality of talent cultivation.On the base of analyses of current situation of postgraduate cultivation in local newly added postgraduate colleges and following the OBE education idea,this study designed a postgraduate cultivating system of"full participation,total element input and whole process management",and constructed a team-guided postgraduate cultivating model of"team cultivating+collaborative learning".Starting from the four dimensions of cultivating goal setting,curriculum system construction,teaching design and evaluation and feedback,this study aims to realize the closed-loop management of"output oriented,student-oriented,and continuous improvement"and spiral progression and quality first.
