摘 要:为量化复合固体推进剂药浆流平性评判指标,对推进剂药浆进行了流平性实验,通过对流平性实验结果的统计分析,得出浇注方坯表面平整度与药浆在规定时间内流过角度呈正相关性,根据浇注方坯表面平整度与流平性实验数据的对应关系,提出15 min内药浆流过角度大于100°可作为药浆流动性能好的判断依据。To quantify the evaluation indicators of the leveling performance of composite solid propellant slurry,the leveling performance experiments for the propellant slurry were carried out.Through the statistical analysis of the leveling performance experimental results,it was found that there was a positive correlation between the surface flatness of the cast billet and the flow angle of the slurry within the specified time.According to the corresponding relationship between the surface flatness of the cast billet and the leveling performance experimental data,it was pointed out that the slurry flow angle greater than 100°within 15 min could be used as the judgment criterion for the good flow performance of the slurry.
