摘　　要：习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想是“两个结合”的最新理论成果。其中,中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会之前党的民族工作以及习近平在地方主政期间的民族工作实践为这一重要思想提供了土壤,构成了习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想的发展沃土;马克思主义民族理论为习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想提供了魂脉,构成了这一重要思想的理论底色;中华优秀传统文化为习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想提供了根脉,构成了这一重要思想的中国特色。三者共同在“两个结合”的理论界域内,形成并丰富了习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想。General Secretary XI Jin-ping's important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work is the latest theoretical achievement of the“Two Combinations”. Among them,the party's ethnic work and XI Jin-ping's practice of ethnic work before the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided the soil for this important thought,constituting the fertile ground for development;Marxist ethnic theory has provided the soul for this important thought,constituting the theoretical undertone;excellent traditional Chinese culture has provided the foundation for this important thought,constituting Chinese characteristics. The three together,within the theoretical realm of the“Two Combinations”,have formed and enriched General Secretary XI Jin-ping's important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work.
