摘  要:针对某电驱总成异响问题,运用AltairOptiStruct软件进行声学分析及结构优化。首先建立自由场下声学分析模型,确定NVH问题产生的原因是电机控制器上盖的模态频率较低造成电机控制器与电驱系统的共振频率耦合。然后通过增加质量块等方式进行控制器结构优化。最后,通过试验验证有效性。验证结果表明:优化后的结构可以有效降低部分频率下的噪声,优化后的电机控制器NVH性能满足设计要求,顺利通过NVH试验。Aiming at the abnormal noise problem of an electric drive assembly,Altair Opti-Struct software is used for acoustic analysis and structural optimization.Firstly,an acoustic analysis model under the free field is established.It is determined that the cause of the NVH problem is the coupling of the resonance frequency between the motor controller and the electric drive system due to the low modal frequency of the upper cover of the motor controller.Then,the structure of the control-ler is optimized by adding mass blocks.Finally,the effectiveness is verified through tests.The verifi-cation results show that the optimized structure can effectively reduce the noise at some frequencies,and the NVH performance of the optimized motor controller meets the design requirements and suc-cessfully passes the NVH test.
