摘 要:本研究旨在探讨水产品预制菜产业的发展现状,通过系统分析该行业的相关概念、发展现状以及面临的主要问题,为行业发展提供有针对性的改进建议。采用文献综述法、数据分析法和案例研究法相结合的方式对水产品预制菜产业发展的历史脉络、现状与趋势进行梳理分析。其次,利用统计数据和市场调研结果,对水产品预制菜的市场规模、消费趋势、竞争格局等进行定量分析;最后,深入剖析其存在的问题,为提出建设性意见提供实证基础。通过深入分析行业现状,本研究揭示了目前制约水产品预制菜发展的具体问题,并指出了4条关键解决路径。通过提出针对性的改进建议,有助于推动水产品预制菜产业向标准化、专业化和品牌化方向发展,促进食品行业的转型升级,满足消费者对食品安全、营养健康及便捷性的多元化需求,为构建食品安全体系、推动社会经济发展贡献力量。This study aims to explore the current development status of the prepackaged seafood industry,and provide targeted improvement suggestions for the industry by systematically analyzing the relevant concepts,current development status,and main problems faced by the industry.This study combines literature review,data analysis,and case study methods to sort out and analyze the historical context,current status,and trends of the ready-to-eat aquatic product industry.Secondly,quantitative analysis of the market size,consumption trends,and competitive landscape of Aquatic Products Prefabricated meal using statistical data and market research results Finally,it delves into the existing issues to provide an empirical basis for constructive suggestions.Through deep analysis of the industry status,this study reveals the specific issues currently constraining the development of the ready-to-eat aquatic product industry and identifies four key solution paths.By proposing targeted improvement suggestions,this study contributes to promoting the ready-to-eat aquatic product industry towards standardization,specialization,and branding.It facilitates the transformation and upgrading of the food industry,meets consumers'diversified demands for food safety,nutrition,health,and convenience,and contributes to building a food safety system and driving socio-economic development.
