新型预应力混凝土钢管桁架外挂墙板平面外受弯性 能有限元分析

摘  要:为研究一种新型预应力混凝土钢管桁架外挂墙板在风荷载作用下的受力性能,设计了8个试件,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,分析其在风荷载下的破坏机理,研究钢管间距、配筋率和钢管壁厚对外挂墙板受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:新型外挂墙板在风荷载作用下可满足承载能力极限状态和正常使用性能要求。提高配筋率,可提高墙板的极限承载力,但是对墙板的刚度提升不明显。减小钢管间距更有利于提高墙板刚度,设计时可根据抗裂要求和挠度限值调整钢管间距,使墙板不开裂。适当增加钢管壁厚能提升墙板的刚度、开裂荷载和承载力,但增加到一定程度时,钢管壁厚对墙板的受力性能影响较小。新型外挂墙板经过合理设计可实现自重轻、刚度大、抗裂性能好,而且便于运输和安装,具有良好的推广价值。In order to study the mechanical performance of a new type of prestressed concrete steel tube truss external wallboard under wind load,8 specimens were designed,and the failure mechanism of the external wallboard was analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the effects of steel pipe spacing and reinforcement ratio on the mechanical performance of the external wallboard were studied.The results show that:The new type of pre-external wallboard can meet the ultimate state of bearing capacity and the ultimate state of normal service under wind load.The ultimate bearing capacity of the wallboard can be improved by increasing the reinforcement ratio,but the stiffness of the wallboard is not significantly improved.Reducing the spacing of steel pipes is more conducive to improving the stiffness of the wallboard,and the spacing of the steel pipes can be adjusted according to the anti-cracking requirements and deflection limits during the design,so that the wallboard does not crack.Appropriately increasing the thickness of the steel pipe can improve the stiffness,cracking load and bearing capacity of the wallboard,but when it is increased to a certain extent,the thickness of the steel pipe has little influence on the mechanical performance of the wallboard.The new external wallboard can be reasonably designed to achieve light weight,high rigidity,good crack resistance,and easy transportation and installation,and has good promotion value.
