摘 要:以东北某特长隧道局部掉块为研究对象,采用FLAC3D软件建立了隧道衬砌存在局部缺陷和施加治理措施后的地层结构模型,分析了衬砌掉块的原因及其治理措施的可靠性。研究结果表明:(1)二次衬砌厚度不足导致结构抗力减小,其影响在拱腰处最为显著,使得拱腰处的抗力小于内力,最终导致结构破坏、出现掉块现象;(2)采用钢筋混凝土取代原设计的素混凝土、使用抗渗等级不低于P8的防水混凝土进行治理后,结构的抗力显著增加且大于结构的内力,治理措施可靠。In this paper,a long tunnel in Northeast China is taken as the research object,and FLAC 3D software is used to establish the stratum structure model of the tunnel lining after the existence of local defects and the imposition of management measures,and analyze the reasons for the lining to fall off the block and the reliability of its management measures.The results of the study show that:(1)the insufficient thickness of the secondary lining leads to the reduction of structural resistance,and its effect is most significant at the arch waist,making the resistance at the arch waist less than the internal force,which ultimately leads to structural damage and the phenomenon of falling blocks.(2)The use of reinforced concrete to replace the original design of plain concrete,the use of impermeable grade of not less than P8 waterproof concrete for the treatment,the structure of the resistance to a significant increase and greater than the internal force of the structure,the treatment measures are reliable.
