摘 要:冷却塔性能的好坏直接影响空调系统的冷凝温度,间接影响空调机组的实际运行效率。受冷却塔布置和选型等因素的影响,需要对冷却塔性能进行诊断分析,以确保冷却塔高效运行。在对某工程空调冷却水进出冷却塔,进出冷水机组供回水温度,冷却水循环水泵流量等参数进行检测基础上,分析系统运行存在的问题。在对系统进行初步调适后,对冷却塔冷却能力进行了检测和评价,明确了冷却塔存在的问题。研究根据我国现行规范提出了增加冷却塔风机功率和风机转数检测的建议,并增加了冷却塔冷却能力的检测方法和技术要求,以期为类似冷却塔性能评价提供依据。The performance of the cooling tower directly affects the condensation temperature of the air conditioning system and indirectly affects the actual operating efficiency of the air conditioning unit.Due to factors such as the layout and selection of cooling towers,it is necessary to diagnose and analyze the performance of cooling towers to ensure their efficient operation.Based on the detection of parameters such as the temperature of the air conditioning cooling water entering and leaving the cooling tower,the supply and return water temperature of the chiller units,and the flow rate of the cooling water circulating pump in a certain project,analyze the problems existing in the operation of the system.After initial adjustments to the system,the cooling capacity of the cooling tower was tested and evaluated,and the problems with the cooling tower were identified.According to the current regulations in China,suggestions have been proposed to increase the power and speed detection of cooling tower fans,and to add detection methods and technical requirements for the cooling capacity of cooling towers,in order to provide a basis for performance evaluation of similar cooling towers.
