摘　　要：通过分析不同高校本科生导师制度的实施现状,首先介绍了本科生导师制引入我国的背景,并根据多所高校的调查及具体的实施情况,研究了我国高等教育下本科生导师制的实施效果和重要作用,分析出目前我国本科生导师制的实施现状,并根据归纳总结所呈现的问题,从理论与实践两个层面提出了具体的改进建议,最后根据本科生导师制对于高校学生发展及对于教师自身业务能力的重要作用,展望了发展前景。By analyzing the implementation status of the undergraduate tutor system in different colleges and universities,this paper first introduces the background of the introduction of the undergraduate tutor system in China,and studies the implementation effect and important role of the undergraduate tutor system in China’s higher education according to the investigation of many colleges and universities and the specific implementation situation,and analyzes the current implementation status of the undergraduate tutor system in China.According to the problems presented by the summary,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for improvement from two aspects:theory and practice.Finally,according to the important role of undergraduate tutor system in the development of college students and teachers’professional ability,the development prospect is forecasted.
