摘  要:党的十九大以后,党和国家进一步重视科技强国战略和科技道德建设工作。“科技道德与科学方法”课程深入学习贯彻党中央关于科学道德和学风建设的重要指示精神,以科学精神、科学道德、科学伦理和学术规范为研究内容,引导研究生走好学术生涯第一步。通过讨论开设该课程教学的必要性,并结合教学实践,提出改革教学方式,创新考核形式,寓思政于课堂,优化育人模式,建立知识传授、能力培养、素质提高、灵魂塑造等多元统一的育人体系,以期达到德育为先、立德树人的育人效果。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the state has paid more attention to the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology and the construction of science and technology ethics.The course of Science and Technology Ethics and Academic Norms deeply implements the spirit of the instructions of the Central Committee on the construction of scientific morality and learning atmosphere.It takes scientific spirit,scientific morals,scientific ethics and academic norms as its research content,all of which guide graduate students to have a successful beginning in their academic career.Through discussing the necessity of this course and combining with teaching practice,we proposed that reforming the teaching method,innovating the assessment procedures,integrating ideology and politics,and optimizing the education mode.Establishing a multi-unified education system,such as knowledge imparting,ability training,quality improvement and soul shaping,so as to achieve the purpose of“building morality and cultivating talents”.
