地球物理专业青年教师的教学方法探索研究

摘  要:以地球物理专业为出发点,从青年教师的角度,分析了青年教师在高校的工作现状和教学认知,结合授课,总结了教学经验及融入教学的历程,并分析了青年教师在教学和科研两方面相辅相成的关系。结合当前行业新研究动态,将思政元素融入教学内容的切入点,发挥融入式、渗透式的协同育人理念,提高思政教学实效;推进线上+线下的混合式教学,发挥虚拟仿真的模拟现实优势。最后,结合青年教师和当代大学生的特点,介绍了有效沟通对教学和构建良好师生关系的重要性,总结了青年教师个人发展规划的必要性,以期为课题体系的优化和建设提供高质量的育人队伍。Starting from the perspective of geophysics,this paper analyzes the current working status and teaching cognition of young teachers in universities.It combines the teaching process to summarize teaching experiences and the integration into teaching,and further examines the mutually reinforcing relationship between teaching and research for young teachers.Taking into account the latest research trends in the industry,this paper proposes incorporating ideological and political elements into teaching content,utilizing the integrated and permeating concept of collaborative education,and thereby enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It also advocates for the promotion of blended teaching methods that combine online and offline approaches,leveraging the advantages of virtual simulation in replicating real-life situations.Lastly,considering the characteristics of young teachers and contemporary university students,this paper emphasizes the importance of effective communication in teaching and building positive teacher-student relationships,while underscoring the necessity of personal development planning for young teachers.This will provide a high-quality educational team for the optimization and construction of the subject system.
