摘 要:探讨了新工科背景下新能源材料与器件专业建设与人才培养创新机制,重点讨论了培养方案与课程体系、校企协同育人体系、科教融合培养模式,以及课程思政引领人才培养模式等方面,详细分析与探讨了人才培养新模式等多途径创新举措,分析了本专业相关举措的具体实施方法。通过相关创新举措,显著提升了新能源材料与器件专业学生的专业认同感与专业自豪感,保障了专业后续快速发展与特色发展,为新能源材料与器件专业认同感与专业自豪感培养及专业建设、人才培养提供了一定的借鉴和参考。This article explores the innovative mechanisms employed in the construction and talent development of the new energy materials and devices major under the emerging engineering education.The training plan and curriculum system,the collaborative education system between schools and enterprises,the integrated model of science and education training,and the curriculum ideology and politics guided talent training model were discussed and analyzed in detail.It also examines the specific methods used to implement these measures within the major in our university.Through these innovative measures,there has been a significant improvement in the major identity of students majoring in new energy materials and devices,which ensured the development of the major.This study also serves as a valuable reference for those involved in construction and talent cultivation within this field.
