摘  要:自然类通识选修课是高校课程体系的重要组成部分,满足不同专业背景条件下的学生个性化发展,是全面提升学生综合素质的有效途径。“现代医药生物工程”关注基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程和微生物工程等生物工程技术在医药领域的应用,涵盖了生物医药产业的发展方向和研究热点,更是生命科学领域的重要技术基础。通过强化案例分析、问题启发式导入、构建翻转课堂、增开实践内容和优化考核方式等课程探索,以期学生对课程的学习更有兴趣和动力,学有所获,开阔视野,为学科交叉、研究深造或择业提供一定的参考和指导。The general elective courses are an important part of the curriculum system in colleges and universities.It can satisfy the individualized development of students under different professional backgrounds.It is also an effective way to thoroughly improve the comprehensive quality of students.The course of Modern Medical Bioengineering contains the basic technical skills in the field of life science,which focuses on the application of bioengineering technologies such as genetic engineering,cell engineering,enzyme engineering and microbial engineering in the field of medicine,covering the development direction and research hotspots of the biomedical industry.By strengthening the course exploration,such as case analysis,problem-based heuristic introduction,construction of flipped classroom,expanding practical content and optimizing assessment methods,it is hoped that students will have more interest and motivation in learning this course.Furthermore,students can gain knowledge and broaden their horizons.This will also provide certain reference and guidance for further study,interdisciplinary research or career selection.
