摘　　要：疏浚装备与技术作为交通领域的关键领域之一,对保障港口运输和水道交通的畅通至关重要。以武汉理工大学疏浚装备与技术研究团队为案例,探讨了一种成功的研究生国际联合培养模式。通过与国际知名高校建立紧密的合作关系,为研究生提供了参与国际疏浚项目的机会,使研究生能够接触新的疏浚技术和管理理念,拓宽其学科视野。此外,为帮助研究生更好地适应国际学术环境,研究团队还设立了文化交流课程,提高了研究生的语言和跨文化沟通能力。通过这一成功模式,研究生得以充分提升其学术和国际交流能力,为交通强国战略的实现做出积极贡献,为研究生国际联合培养提供了有益的经验和启示。Dredging equipment and technology,as one of the key areas in the field of transportation,is vital to ensure the smooth flow of port transportation and waterway traffic.This study explores a successful international joint cultivation mode of postgraduates by taking the research team of dredging equipment and technology of Wuhan University of Technology as a case study.Our research team has provided opportunities for graduate students to participate in international dredging projects by establishing close partnerships with internationally recognized universities.This enables graduate students to be exposed to the latest dredging technology and management concepts,expanding their disciplinary horizons.In addition,in order to help graduate students better adapt to the international academic environment,the research team has established a cultural exchange program to improve their language and cross-cultural communication skills.Through this successful model,graduate students were able to fully develop their academic and international communication skills,which contributed positively to the realization of the strategy of a strong transportation nation.This study provides useful experiences and insights for international joint training of graduate students.
