摘 要:当前,部分地方应用型高校在培养高素质应用型人才过程中存在诸多问题,高校应用型人才的培养与企业需求脱节,导致了企业招工难与学生就业难并存的窘境。Y学院通过实施产教融合协同育人策略,解决机械类应用型人才培养普遍存在的痛点和难点,从课程体系重构、产教融合型师资队伍打造、校企合作互利共赢长效机制建立等方面探讨应用型人才培养的改革策略,为地方应用型高校创新应用型人才培养模式提供可供借鉴的经验。At present,many local application-oriented universities still have many difficulties in the process of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,which makes the training of application-oriented talents in colleges and universities out of line with the needs of enterprises,forming a dilemma of coexistence of difficult recruitment and employment.The Y institute tries to solve the common problems in the cultivation of applied talents in the field of mechanical engineering through implementing the collaborative education strategy of integration of production and education,the reform experience of the cultivation of application-oriented talents from the aspects of curriculum system reconstruction,the construction of industry-education integration teachers team,and the establishment of a long-term mechanism of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between universities and enterprises.These strategies provide some experience for local application-oriented universities to innovate the training mode of application-oriented talents.
