摘  要:机器人立体定向放射外科系统是一种新型立体定向放疗技术,其在肺癌治疗中显示出独特优势。该共识旨在规范这一先进技术在肺癌治疗中的临床应用,内容包括物理技术要求、适应证与禁忌证、治疗流程、注意事项等。共识指出其治疗适宜人群主要为存在手术禁忌或拒绝手术的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌患者,以及部分Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期或肺转移癌患者的姑息治疗。规范的操作流程、严格的质量控制以及多学科团队的通力协作是保证该系统治疗精准性与安全性的关键。现有研究显示其高精度放疗方法可取得较高的局部控制率和较长的生存期,并发症风险可控。机器人立体定向放射外科系统有望成为肺癌综合治疗体系的重要组成部分。Robotic stereotactic radiosurgery system is an advanced stereotactic radiotherapy technology that has shown unique advantages in treating lung cancer.This consensus aims to standardize the clinical application of this innovative technology in lung cancer treatment,covering aspects such as physical technical requirements,indications and contraindications,treatment procedures,and precautions.The consensus states that the suitable population mainly includes patients with stageⅠandⅡnon-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who have surgical contraindications or refuse surgery,as well as some patients with stageⅢorⅣNSCLC,or lung metastases requiring palliative treatment.Standardized operating procedures,strict quality control,and close collaboration of a multidisciplinary team are key to ensuring precision and safety.Current studies show that this high-precision radiotherapy method can achieve high local control rates and long survival time with controllable complication risks.Robotic stereotactic radiosurgery system is expected to become an essential component of the comprehensive treatment system for lung cancer.
