摘　　要：多发占位性上皮样血管内皮瘤长期生存病例非常罕见。本文记录了1例以肝脏占位发现的全身多发占位性为首发表现的上皮样血管内皮瘤病例,并对长期随访14年患者的临床资料、诊治经过及病理、免疫组织化学结果进行讨论,旨在提高对本疾病的认识,减少误诊和漏诊。Long-term survival is very rare in cases of multiple space-occupying epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.In this paper,a case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma showing multiple space-occupying lesions with that found in the liver as the first manifestation was recorded.The clinical data,course of diagnosis and treatment,pathology and immunohistochemical results of the patient with long-term follow-up of fourteen years were discussed in order to better understand the disease and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
