Lung cancer has the highest incidence and mortality rates among malignant tumors, with the occurrence of brain metastasis being one of the key contributors to lung cancer-related deaths.Radiomics,as an emerging field of research, integrates image recognition technology with medical imaging, providing a new approach to a deeper understanding of the biological characteristics of lung cancer brain metastases and potentially aiding in the optimization of diagnostic and therapeutic processes. In recent years, significant advancements were achieved in radiomics research related to lung cancer brain metastases, particularly in predicting the occurrence of brain metastases, identifying pathological features, detecting genetic mutation statuses, and forecasting treatment efficacy. These developments will probably make radiomics an important tool for the management of lung cancer brain metastases. This article summarized the progress of radiomics research in this context and offered a comprehensive and novel perspective for future researchers in the field.
