摘 要:肠道菌群是肠道微生物的重要组成部分,也是人体健康的重要保证之一。胆汁酸是胆汁的主要成分,由肝脏中的胆固醇合成并释放到肠道中以帮助消化吸收膳食脂肪。肠道菌群可通过产生胆盐水解酶和类固醇脱氢酶影响胆汁酸的代谢,而胆汁酸则可以通过直接杀伤作用降低肠道菌群的数量以及通过内分泌功能间接控制肠道菌群的稳定性,两者相互作用可影响非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的发生与发展并影响其免疫治疗的疗效。本文对胆汁酸盐的代谢、肠道菌群及其相互作用对NSCLC的免疫治疗的影响进行综述,同时对肠道微生物群和胆汁酸增加NSCLC免疫治疗疗效的临床应用进行总结。Intestinal flora constitutes a crucial component of intestinal microbes,playing a pivotal role in maintaining human health.Bile acids,the primary constituents of bile,are synthesized from cholesterol in the liver and released into the gut to facilitate digestion and absorption of dietary fats.Intestinal flora has an impact on bile acid metabolism through the production of bile salt hydrolase and steroid dehydrogenase enzymes,and bile acid can reduce the number of intestinal flora through direct killing effect and control its stability indirectly through endocrine function.This interplay between intestinal flora and bile acids influences both the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and affects immunotherapy efficacy.This article provides an overview of bile salt metabolism,intestinal flora,and the impact of their interactions on NSCLC immunotherapy,and summarizes the clinical application of intestinal flora and bile acids in improving the efficacy of NSCLC immunotherapy.
