摘 要:为减缓粮食入仓时的分级现象,以玉米为对象,研究粮堆分级特性。以粮堆分级指数M为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面试验研究不同因素对玉米沉降运动形成的交互作用。结果表明:粮堆分级指数M随着沉降高度、粮堆直径、质量流量的增加,均有上升的趋势;粮堆分级指数M随着排料口直径的增加而减小。其中沉降高度、粮堆直径,质量流量3个因素对粮堆分级指数M的影响大小依次为沉降高度>粮堆直径>质量流量。响应面试验结果表明模型拟合效果良好,可靠性高。To alleviate the grading phenomenon of grain entering the warehouse,the grading properties of grain piles were studied using corn as the object.Taking the grain heap grading index M as the indicator,the interaction between different factors and the formation of maize settling motion was studied through response surface test based on single factor tests.The results showed that the grading index M of grain piles showed an upward trend with the increase of settling height,grain pile diameter,and mass flow rate.The grading index M of grain pile decreased with the increase of discharge port diameter.The influ-ence of setting height,grain pile diameter,and mass flow rate on the grading index M of grain piles was in the order of settling height>grain pile diameter>mass flow rate.The response surface methodology results indicated that the model had good fitting effect and high reliability.
