摘　　要：对中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展,是新时代推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国的强有力保障。以文化创新保障理论创新、制度创新,为构建社会主义现代文明新形态打下坚实基础。文章通过深刻把握中华优秀传统文化“两创”的时代内涵与价值,以马克思主义基本原理为根本指导,从保护、挖掘、阐释文化遗产,科技赋能创新文化形态和对外交流升华文化底蕴三个方面进行深入探索,以实现新时代的中华优秀传统文化“两创”。In the new era,the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture is the guarantee force to promote cultural prosperity and build a cultural power.Cultural innovation guarantees theoretical innovation and institutional innovation,and lays a solid foundation for building a new form of socialist modern civilization.By profoundly grasping the connotation and value of the“two creative tasks”of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and taking the combination of the basic principles of Marxism with excellent Chinese traditional culture as the fundamental guidance,this paper conducts in-depth exploration from four aspects:protecting,excavating and interpreting cultural heritage,empowering innovative cultural forms with technology,and enhancing cultural heritage through international exchanges,in order to achieve the“two creative tasks”of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
