摘　　要：财务管理专业应用型人才培养模式亟需适应社会发展要求。OBE理念强调学生的学习成果和能力发展,文章通过阐述OBE理念融入财务管理专业应用型人才培养的重要性,分析财务管理专业人才培养模式存在的问题,将OBE理念融入财务管理专业应用型人才培养模式当中,从明确培养目标、更新课程体系、优化教师队伍等方面提出建议,实现教学价值最大化,以此来调动学生的学习热情,提高学生的自主学习能力,提升财务管理专业应用型人才的培养质量。Application-oriented talent training mode of financial management major needs to adapt to the requirements of social development.The OBE concept emphasizes the learning outcomes and ability development of students.This paper expounds the importance of integrating the OBE concept into the training of applied talents for financial management major,analyzes the problems existing in the training mode for applied talents for financial management majors,integrates the OBE concept into the training mode for applied talents for financial management majors,and puts forward suggestions to maximize the teaching value from the aspects of clarifying the training objectives,updating the curriculum system,optimizing the teaching team and others,so as to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm,improve students' independent learning ability,and improve the training quality of applied talents in financial management major.
