摘  要:本研究旨在探讨“双减”政策背景下乒乓球培训机构的发展困境及应对策略。研究采用文献综述、政策分析和专家访谈法,研究内容涵盖政策、管理水平及教练员能力等方面。研究结果表明,由于现有政策环境的不完善、管理效率的低下以及教练员素质参差不齐,严重影响乒乓球培训机构的发展。为此,应构建健全的政策体系和监管机制,创新管理方式、推动多元化发展、整合校园体育资源,分享技术与经验。通过这些措施,乒乓球培训机构可以在新政策环境下实现稳健发展,继而为国家体育事业的发展作出积极贡献。This study aims to examine the complexities of the challenges faced by table tennis training institutions in the context of the"Double Reduction"policy,while also exploring potential avenues for growth.A comprehensive methodology,comprising a literature review,policy analysis and expert interviews,is employed to examine critical areas such as policy loopholes,inefficiencies in management systems and disparities in coaching expertise.The findings demonstrate that the extant policy environment,which is imperfect and characterized by low managerial efficiency and inconsistent coaching standards,presents a significant obstacle to the advancement of table tennis training institutions.In light of these findings,the study proposes a multifaceted strategy encompassing the establishment of a robust policy framework and regulatory mechanisms,the adoption of innovative management practices,the fostering of diversified development pathways,and the integration of school sports resources to facilitate knowledge and experience sharing.By adopting these strategies,table tennis training institutions can effectively navigate the evolving policy landscape,thereby enhancing the popularity and proficiency of table tennis,and ultimately contributing to the broader national sports development agenda.
