摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,社会对高层次人工智能人才的需求越来越迫切,培养适应经济发展需要的人工智能人才,成为高校当前面临的一项重要任务。高职院校培养的人才直面产业非常重要。如何按照成果导向教育理念制订高职层次人工智能专业人才培养方案,使人才培养方案更好地支撑产业发展,成为高职类院校亟须解决的问题。从当前高职层次人工智能专业人才现状及痛点出发,提出基于成果导向(OBE)的高职层次人工智能专业人才培养方案的构建,以期使该层次的人才更好地适应行业发展需求。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the demand for high-level artificial intelligence talents in society is becoming increasingly urgent.It is important for vocational colleges to cultivate talents who can directly face the industry.How to cultivate artificial intelligence talents that meet the needs of economic development has become an important task facing universities at present.How to develop a talent training plan for artificial intelligence majors at the vocational level in accordance with the OBE(Outcome-based Education)concept,which can better support industrial development,has become an urgent problem that vocational colleges need to solve.Starting from the current situation and pain points of artificial intelligence professionals at the vocational level,this article proposes the construction of an Outcome-based Education(OBE)talent training program for artificial intelligence professionals at the vocational level,in order to improve their ability to better adapt to industry development needs.
