摘　　要：目的:探讨真空辅助乳腺微创旋切术(VABB)应用于乳腺良性肿瘤中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的120例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗的不同分为开放组(n=60)和VABB组(n=60)。开放组行开放手术治疗,VABB组行VABB治疗。比较两组手术情况、疼痛因子水平、乳房外观、术后并发症。结果:VABB组手术用时、切口愈合及住院时间均短于开放组,术中出血量、切口长度优于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后VABB组前列腺素E2(PGE2)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平均低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后VABB组切口瘢痕、色素沉着、乳头乳晕感觉评分均高于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VABB组术后并发症发生率低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VABB应用于乳腺良性肿瘤中的效果显著,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快,术后乳房外观好,并发症少等优势。Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive breast gyrotomy(VABB)on benign breast tumors.Method:120 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into open group(n=60)and VABB group(n=60)according to the different treatment.The open group underwent open surgery,while the VABB group underwent VABB.The operation status,pain factor level,breast appearance and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,incision healing and hospital stay in VABB group were shorter than those in open group,and the intraoperative blood loss and incision length were better than those in open group(P<0.05).Prostaglandin E2(PGE2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Neuropeptide Y(NPY)in VABB group,were lower than those in the open group after operation(P<0.05).And incision scar,pigmentation and papillary areolar sensation scores in VABB group were higher than those in the open group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the VABB group was significantly lower than that in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VABB in benign breast tumors has a remarkable effect,with less trauma,light pain,quick recovery,good appearance of the breast after surgery,fewer complications and other advantages.
