舒筋活血汤联合针刀治疗对颈性眩晕患者眩晕症状、平衡能力及血流速度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈性眩晕(CV)患者采用舒筋活血汤联合针刀对治疗眩晕症状、平衡能力及血流速度的影响。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年7月安溪县中医院收治的90例CV患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分成研究组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组给予针刀治疗,研究组给予舒筋活血汤联合针刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、眩晕症状、平衡能力、血流速度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程,两组CV状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分升高,研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程,两组Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分升高,研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程,两组基底动脉(BA)、左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)平均血流速度加快,研究组较对照组更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活血汤联合针刀应用于CV患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,缓解眩晕症状,促进平衡能力及血流速度改善。Objective:To explore the effects of Shu Jin Huo Xue Decoction and needle knife treatment on the dizziness symptoms,balance ability,and blood flow velocity of cervical vertigo(CV)patients.Method:A total of 90 CV patients admitted to Anxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was given acupotomy treatment,while the study group was given Shujin Huoxue Decoction combined with acupotomy treatment.The clinical efficacy,dizziness symptoms,balance ability and blood flow velocity of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,the score of cervical vertigo symptom and the Evaluation Scale for Cervical vertigo(ESCV)increased in both groups,and the score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the two groups was increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the average blood flow velocity of basilar artery(BA),left vertebral artery(LVA)and right vertebral artery(RVA)in the two groups was accelerated,and the study group was faster than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shujin Huoxue Decoction and needle knife treatment can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate dizziness symptoms,promote balance ability,and improve blood flow velocity in the treatment of CV patients.
