摘　　要：随着医学科研和医疗信息化的发展,构建医院智慧科研信息化平台成为提升科研管理和服务质量的关键。本文基于福建医科大学附属第二医院科研管理系统的建设经验和需求,规划了一个全面的智慧科研信息化平台,旨在加强医院科研的技术支持和决策力度。平台重点关注项目管理、专家库构建和数据深度分析,运用数据挖掘、知识图谱等技术,确保科研成果的整合与应用,旨在提升科研管理效率,增强医院政策决策参与度,为地区医疗健康水平和治理体系现代化做出贡献。With the advancement of medical research and healthcare informatization,the construction of a smart research and information platform in hospitals has become crucial for enhancing research management and service quality.Based on the construction experience and needs of the research management system at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,this paper plans a comprehensive smart research and information platform aimed at strengthening the technical support and decision-making power in hospital research.The platform focuses on project management,expert database construction,and in-depth data analysis,employing technologies such as data mining and knowledge graphs to ensure the integration and application of research achievements.It aims to improve the efficiency of research management,enhance the hospital's participation in policy decision-making,and contribute to the modernization of regional healthcare levels and governance systems.
