摘 要:本文旨在建立并优化一种基于液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)同时检测食品中多种残留农药的方法。通过采用先进的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)技术,实现对蔬菜、水果及动物源性食品中多种类型农药的快速、灵敏和准确检测。本文详细探讨了不同前处理方法对农药提取效率的影响,优化了仪器参数以提高检测灵敏度和准确性。实验结果表明,该方法在各类食品基质中的回收率和重现性均满足国际食品安全检测标准,适用于大规模食品安全监测。The purpose of this paper is to establish and optimize a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)based method for the simultaneous determination of multiple pesticide residues in food.By using advanced QuEChERS pretreatment technology combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS),rapid,sensitive and accurate detection of multiple types of pesticides in vegetables,fruits and animal derived food was achieved.The effects of different pretreatment methods on the efficiency of pesticide extraction were discussed in detail,and the instrument parameters were optimized to improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy.The experimental results show that the recovery and reproducibility of this method in various food matrices meet the international food safety testing standards,and it is suitable for large-scale food safety monitoring.
