摘 要:服役后PTFE膜材的力学性能是评价既有膜结构安全性、可靠性的基础,也是重要指标之一。基于服役于1997—2019年的上海八万人体育场的主体结构退役PTFE膜材,分别选取高低区的膜材,对其进行一系列力学性能试验,包括单轴抗拉强度、单轴撕裂强度、单轴连接强度、双轴循环拉伸试验,得到退役膜材的力学性能指标。通过对比退役老化膜材和相同型号的全新膜材力学性能指标,得到本工程退役后PTFE膜材的力学性能指标保留率。结果表明,PTFE膜材经服役20多年后,延性性能降低明显,单轴抗拉强度、单轴撕裂强度、单轴连接强度均表现出不同程度的降低;撕裂强度与连接强度的降低程度较单轴抗拉强度更为明显。The mechanical properties of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membrane after service are not only the basis for evaluating the safety and reliability of existing membrane structure,but also one of the important indexes.Based on the dismantled PTFE membrane taken from Shanghai 80000 people’s Stadium,which was in service from 1997 to 2019,the membrane materials of high and low areas respectively is selected,a series of mechanical property tests were carried out,including uniaxial tensile strength,uniaxial tear strength,uniaxial connection strength and biaxial tensile test.The mechanical properties of decommissioned membrane materials were obtained.The test results were compared with the mechanical property indexes of the new membrane with same type,the retention rate of mechanical property index of PTFE membrane after decommissioning of the project were concluded.The results show that after more than 20 years of service,the ductility of PTFE membrane decreases obviously,and the uniaxial tensile strength,uniaxial tear strength and uniaxial connection strength all decrease in varying degrees.The reduction of tear strength and connection strength is more obvious than that of uniaxial tensile strength.
