摘 要:反力墙系统是土木工程结构实验室重要的基础设施之一,主要为结构构件提供试验加载条件与边界条件。传统现浇整体式反力墙系统已广为应用,但其在设计、施工及运维方面依然存在困难和短板。提出新型模块化箱型组合反力墙结构,探讨其箱型模块组合模式及三种性能参数;确定了新型模块化箱型组合反力墙结构的设计流程、基本模块与底部模块的参数、一字形组合的典型组合模式及其荷载工况;建立简化力学模型、提出简化设计计算方法并采用有限元软件ABAQUS开展底部模块数值模拟分析;最后探讨了工程案例成本分析及施工运维要点。结果表明,该新型模块化箱型组合反力墙结构具有建造便捷、组合多样、运维耐用等优点,对改进反力墙系统的施工工艺、运维模式与试验技术创新发展具有借鉴意义。同时,该新型模块化箱型组合反力墙结构的有效预应力是影响其性能的关键因素,在其运维期间应加强有效预应力的检测评估。The reaction wall system is one of the important facilities in structural laboratories of civil engineering,which mainly provides the test loading cases and boundary conditions for structural components.The traditional cast-in-place integral reaction walls are widely used,however,there are still some difficulties and shortcomings in the related processes of design,construction,operation and maintenance.A new modular box-type composite reaction wall structure was proposed,its composition patterns of box-type modules and three performance parameters were discussed;the design process of the new modular box-type composite reaction wall structure,the parameters of typical module and base module,the typical composition pattern of Ⅰ-shaped composition and its loading cases were determined;the simplified mechanical models were established,the simplified design and calculation methods were proposed and the numerical simulation analysis of base module was carried out using the finite element software ABAQUS;finally the project case cost analysis and the key issues on construction and maintenance countermeasures were investigated.The results show that the advantages of the proposed new modular box-type composite reaction wall structure with its easy construction,flexible and convenient composition and long-term service durability are verified,which can be referred as the promotion of the construction technology,operation and maintenance of reaction wall system and the innovative development of the experimental techniques.And the effective prestress of the new modular box-type composite reaction wall structure is the key factor affecting its performance,and the detection and evaluation of the effective prestress should be strengthened during its operation and maintenance.
