群际威胁导致自我损耗:自我不确定的中介作用

摘　　要：基于综合压力模型与不确定管理理论,采用两个研究考察群际威胁对自我损耗的影响以及自我不确定在其中的作用。研究1采用问卷法测量群际威胁、自我不确定和自我损耗,发现群际威胁与自我损耗正相关,自我不确定在群际威胁和自我损耗之间发挥了部分中介的作用;研究2采用实验法操纵群际威胁,采用主观完成量表评估和客观完成Stroop任务两种指标测量自我损耗,发现群际威胁会导致主观自我损耗,自我不确定具有部分中介作用;象征威胁会诱发客观自我损耗,自我不确定起部分中介作用。研究表明群际威胁会导致自我损耗,自我不确定是二者关系的中介因素。Based on The Cohesive Model of Stress and The Uncertainty Management Theory,two studies were conducted to investigate the impact of intergroup threat on ego depletion and the role of self-uncertainty in it.In study 1,we measured intergroup threat,self-uncertainty and ego depletion by questionnaire.We found that intergroup threat were positively correlated with ego depletion,and self-uncertainty played a part of intermediary role between intergroup threat and ego depletion;In study 2,the experimental method was used to manipulate intergroup threat,and the subjective completion scale and objective completion of Stroop task were used to measure ego depletion.It was found that intergroup threat would lead to subjective ego depletion,and self-uncertainty had a partial mediating effect;Symbolic threats could induce objective ego depletion,and self-uncertainty plays a part of mediating role.Research shows that intergroup threat will lead to ego depletion,and self-uncertainty is the intermediary factor between the two variables.
