摘 要:前列腺癌现作为最常见的男性生殖系统肿瘤,其治疗方式一直是研究的热点。微小RNA是一种内源性的非编码单链RNA,有研究表明其可作为一种癌基因或者抑癌基因调控前列腺癌的发生发展,对前列腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后监测有着非同寻常的意义。本文就微小RNA与前列腺癌关系的研究作一综述,探讨微小RNA相关上下游基因及通路对前列腺癌的影响。Prostate cancer is now the most common tumor in the male reproductive system,and its treatment has been a research hotspot.MicroRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNA.Some studies have shown that it can act as an oncogene or tumor suppressor gene to regulate the occurrence and development of prostate cancer,which is of extraordinary significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis monitoring of prostate cancer.This article reviews the research on the relationship between microRNA and prostate cancer,and discusses the effect of microRNA related upstream and downstream genes and pathways on prostate cancer.
